JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs related to M&E projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation, budget tracking, procurement, and contract administration to ensure financial efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in cost estimation software
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of M&E systems is a plus
